In addition to the modern and luxurious amenities, Rose Couture offers standard services including manicure/pedicure, facial waxing, brow and eyelash tinting/perming, lash, and head spa. We designed our salon to provide a unique chic feel, combined with a premium service offering.

Etiquette

The following information will help you enjoy a carefree visit to our premier nail services.

  • Please allow yourself enough time. We recommend that you get to our nail bar ten minutes before your appointment. We try to start all treatments on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to shorten your treatment accordingly.

  • A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $10 PER SERVICE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY BRIDAL PARTY OR GROUP EVENT OF 4 OR MORE PEOPLE. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED OR IT CAN GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICES ONCE ALL PARTY MEMBERS SHOW UP. PLEASE NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELATION TO YOUR BRIDAL PARTY OR GROUP EVENT APPOINTMENT. THERE WILL BE A NO REFUND FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATION MADE AFTER 24 HOURS.

  • When booking your treatment, please inform us of any particular medical conditions, such as allergies or injuries, that may influence your choice of treatment.

  • Certain rules apply during this special time. We will advise you personally on appropriate treatments that you can enjoy during your pregnancy and also after giving birth.

  • We offer special treatments for our young guests (10 or younger). A parent or other responsible adult must be present during the treatment.

  • A security deposit of $10 per service is required to book any service. The security deposit will be refunded or can go towards your services upon arrival. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If there are any changes in your appointment, we will keep a portion of the deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment there will be no refund of the security deposit. All Lash deposits will be non-refundable.

  • We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our seven days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge if it's not caused by the service we provided. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction. Changing a color, shapes, or nail designs will be charged as a new set.
